I'm thankful...

Today I'm thankful to have hope for so many things...

I'm thankful for a productive morning which I am hoping will lead into a productive day. Already been out to Home Depot and got everything I needed to paint our bedroom... Abbie tagged along and was good as gold, until I realized she was actually eating the paper that has the sample paint colors on it... MUNCH... It had a big bite mark out if it... Haha... guess I should have given her breakfast before we went instead of after we got home :) :) :)

November Grattitudes

My goal is to post something I'm thankful for every day of November on Facebook.  Will try to keep up with cross-posting them here also.  So far....

1. I'm thankful to be a stay at home Mom... it's a wonderful privilege.

Can hardly believe it's November already and our little girl just turned 8 months!  Where is all this time going???

Taken at the beginning of the month... one of her 1st experiences with puffs.  Now she is an old hand at them and loves them!  Can't get enough puffs!

Am loving this gentle reminder today.  Even this early on,  she is learning and taking in far more than we realize.  She hugs and kisses us constantly,  where do you think she learned that?  The other morning I had let her sneak into bed with us (okay,  I put her there because I wanted more sleep and she was awake).  She's all wide eyed looking around and then starts patting my face.  I tell her "Mommy is trying to sleep,  pat Daddy's face instead"  NO hesitation,  she just turns her little head,  looks at Daddy and immediately starts patting his face!  Yep,  taking way more in than I ever thought possible this young.  I'm trying to sing to her often,  I want her to love the hymns the way that I do.  Just little things,  but oh so very important...  And my attitude is one of those things she is taking in constantly!  I need to remember this...

1st Tooth

Abigail got her 1st tooth yesterday...  I am still so excited.  It's crazy I know,  but I am :)

Favorite Toys

I'm finding that as Abbie develops her own sweet little personality,  there are toys she prefers over others.  These are currently a few of her favorites.  What toys did/does your child prefer the most?

Look What I Learned!

Leave her with Daddy for a few hours,  and I come home to this!!!

Hahaha...  Jason says he didn't teach her,  Abbie just started doing it on her own.  Pretty cute/funny now,  but won't be when she's a teenager!
